Shot Show 2011 Chiappa Firearms

by James Nicholas the XDMAN

Chiappa (Key-ah-pa), an Italian company, released the Rhino revolver at last year`s Shot Show. The Rhino was unique in that the barrel lined up with the bottom cylinder. What this meant was that the recoil was minimized.  This can be observed in the videos in which my wife and I shot full load 357mag rounds out of two different Rhinos. This is even more impressive in that this is an aluminum framed revolver. All of the samples provided had the best triggers I have ever felt from a production revolver making double taps easy.

The Rhino was so easy to shoot that my wife was able to make hits on the steel her first time shooting it.
